Yes! Whether you're a current customer or not, anyone can join our referral program and help spread the word about Custify.
You can refer any B2B SaaS company with more than 25 full-time employees that is considering purchasing a Customer Success platform within the next 180 days.
A successful referral is when you introduce Custify to someone with decision-making authority in Customer Success at a third-party company. This cannot be someone from your own company or yourself.
- For a referral to be considered a qualified opportunity, the company must:
- Be a B2B SaaS company with more than 25 full-time employees.
- Have contact with decision-making authority in Customer Success.
- Complete a discovery call with our team.
- Express clear intent to purchase a Customer Success platform within the next 180 days.
You’ll receive an email notification when you first submit your referral, and additional updates as your referral progresses through the process.
Custify will issue your referral bonus within 30 days of the associated deal being created. If it has been more than 30 days since you were notified about the referral being processed, please contact us at support@custify.com.
You’ll receive your referral bonus via a digital Visa eGift Card, delivered through Postal.
No, there’s no limit! You can refer as many companies as you like.
A good referral would be a B2B SaaS company with over 25 full-time employees, that has shown a clear intent to purchase a Customer Success platform within the next 180 days.
- Referrals can be denied if the company:
- Doesn’t fit the criteria for a good referral.
- Is already in the process of purchasing Custify.
- Is an existing Custify customer.
- Has already been referred by someone else.
- Is being actively nurtured by our sales team in the past 12 months.
If you haven't received your referral bonus within 30 days of the deal being open, please reach out to us at support@custify.com.
No, referrals must be from third-party companies. Referring someone from your own company, including yourself, does not qualify for the referral bonus.
