Philipp Wolf is the Founder & CEO of Custify. For over 20 years, Philipp has led teams and projects in cybersecurity, working closely with Sales, Product & Engineering departments to integrate solutions for over 200 million customers. When founding Custify, Philipp made it his mission to help SaaS businesses retain clients and scale their operations by providing a tool that lets agents focus their time on clients instead of CRM data.

Philipp Wolf is the Founder & CEO of Custify. For over 20 years, Philipp has led teams and projects in cybersecurity, collaborating closely with sales, product and engineering teams to integrate solutions for over 200 million customers.
Having worked with wide-ranging clients of both SaaS and on-premise engagement models, he started to notice that companies were investing heavily without having a systematic approach to customer success.
When founding Custify, Philipp made it his mission to help SaaS businesses retain clients and scale their operations. His goal is to provide a tool that lets agents spend time with clients—instead of organizing CRM data.
